Planned Maintenance
Planned maintenance offers twice yearly inspections and reports. Overhead door closers and floor springs require maintenance due to variations of temperature and heavy usage. Doors can either slam shut or close too slowly, both of which can be dangerous.
Planned maintenance ensures that all door operating equipment is regularly inspected and adjusted. Any relevant recommendations are reported in order to help you comply with all Health and Safety regulations.
